22 end - start for 23

What I've Learned in 22 Years- Always be yourself. People can sense when you're not genuine. Even if being yourself feels scary, it's always worth it.- Time is the most valuable resource. Spend it on what brings you joy, growth, and love. Everything else is just a waste.- A smile and kindness open any door. A simple warm word can change someone's day.- Don't be afraid to take risks. Even if it doesn't work out, at least you tried. The worst regret is for the chances you didn't take.- Gratitude is everything. Be thankful for the little moments, the lessons, and the people around you. It makes life so much brighter.- You can't please everyone. And that's okay. The most important thing is to stay true to yourself.- Listen to your body. It knows when you need rest or when it's time to push forward.- Dreams come true if you're willing to work for them. STREAM

My preparation for the stream is a small ritual :)First, I create an atmosphere: soft light, coziness and perfect order in the frame. Then I choose the image - from underwear to accessories, so that I feel 100%. Makeup and my favorite music will help me get in the mood (sometimes I can watch movie). I dance in front of the mirror, charge myself with tension and come up with what I will surprise u with today. Sometimes its difficult for me to decide on a hairstyle, so most often u can see me with my hair down. Would I like to change my hairstyle ? Of course ! But it will not be now hehe :) Earlier, each stream for me was not just work, it was a moment when I reveal my state and give u emotions. So now I want to do everything from the very beginnig again and just enjoy it, so that I can say to myself: "Lindsey, turn on the camera - go and start the magic for your loved ones on the other side of the screen!" Guys, I want enjoy again with U my time and be with u !

PHOBIAS

#2 fact about me ! Sometimes, I feel like my phobias are on expert mode. I'm absolutely terrified of dogs and spiders. It doesn't matter if the d o g is big, small, friendly, or just cute?"it triggers my anxiety immediately. And spiders ? Even just thinking about them makes me shudder.I know it might sound funny, but dealing with this fear is genuinely tough. Do u have any strange (or not so strange) fears like this? It sometimes feels irrational, but I just can't help it. Do any of u have similar fears? Or maybe you've overcome something like this? I'd love to hear your stories! Let's talk about it because I'm starting to think I might be the only one ?~this brave.P.S. If anyone jokes about getting a spider farm, I'll remember u forever !
